Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. 

Should you want to return the shoes, boots or bags purchased in person at one of our events or from our online store you should contact us as soon as possible and can return the item in an unworn condition and in the original packing to us within 14 days for a refund. 

Note: the purchaser pays the returns postage unless otherwise agreed in advance 

If the item has already been worn/used or is missing any labels or packaging please contact us first before you do anything else.

What does it cost to return an item?

We recommend Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel service recorded delivery with insurance included. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Make sure the packaging used will adequately protect the item you are returning - we do not issue refunds on damaged goods.

Wrong or damaged item received?

If something doesn't look right, or a mistake has been made in the item we have sent please be sure to report any damages or mistakes directly to us within 48 hours after receiving your shipment so we can help.
